About the Role
A leading international company in civil engineering, infrastructure development, marine works, and government-funded improvement projects is seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join their team in Guam, U.S.A.
We are looking for professionals with strong technical backgrounds, autonomy, project management skills, fieldwork experience, and leadership of teams or subcontractors.

Requirements
University degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of experience in civil works or construction projects.
Experience managing on-site activities and subcontractors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven project management experience at mid to senior level.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required for daily collaboration with U.S. teams (no TOEFL/IELTS certification required — just functional command of the language).
Offered Conditions
On-site work in the U.S., with assignments at various construction sites depending on operational needs.
