A prestigious private educational institution in the United States, with over a decade of experience and recognized for its blended Montessori model with a strong focus on STEM and project-based learning, is seeking bilingual Chilean Early Childhood Educators certified in Montessori methodology to join its academic team in Virginia, United States.

The selected professional will work with preschool students in classrooms of up to 20 children, within a structured, high-standard academic environment focused on excellence and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the Montessori curriculum integrating STEM and project-based learning.

  • Plan and deliver lessons following a structured schedule.

  • Conduct formal and informal developmental assessments.

  • Maintain strong classroom management standards.

  • Integrate educational technology into the classroom.

  • Collaborate with families, maintaining high academic and behavioral expectations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (Mathematics or Science Education).

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Montessori methodology or private preschool settings.

  • Montessori certification required.

  • Structured, organized, tech-savvy, positive, calm, and nurturing professional profile.

  • Advanced or fluent English: ability to work professionally in the classroom, communicate with families and academic staff, and manage written documentation in English.

  • Chilean nationality (required to qualify for H-1B1 visa).

  • Willingness to relocate to the United States.
