PSC Job Bridge
A New Era in Global Employment Connections
After more than a decade of working with institutions, industries, and companies in the United States—and recruiting international candidates through programs such as the H-2B visa—we have taken a significant step forward. We are proud to introduce the first platform designed specifically to connect U.S. companies that offer work visas or foreign labor programs, such as H-2A, H-2B, and H-1B, with qualified professionals from Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

Our Platform and What We Offer
Our platform is not a recruitment agency. It is a digital solution that facilitates the delivery of essential information. Upon subscription, your professional profile is automatically created. This profile functions as a digital résumé or CV and contains all the necessary information for U.S. employers to make hiring decisions.

Through our system, your profile is updated and automatically sent every 48 hours to more than 19,000 U.S. companies that have received H-2A or H-2B visas. This ensures that your information remains current and reaches the appropriate employers directly.

In addition, upon subscribing, you receive your exclusive access key, allowing you to view the most recent job openings from U.S. employers seeking workers urgently. You get all the information you need to connect directly with these employers and apply immediately.

Understanding the Difference Between H-2A, H-2B, and H-1B Visas
-
H-2A: Temporary agricultural workers (farming, planting, harvesting)
-
H-2B: Seasonal non-agricultural workers (hospitality, landscaping, tourism, seafood processing, etc.)
-
H-1B: Skilled professionals in fields such as IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, and science. Requires a university degree and a U.S. employer to sponsor the visa.

Join the Future of Global Employment
Our platform is the bridge between international talent and the U.S. companies that need them most.
We do not offer or sell visas—that responsibility lies with the hiring companies. However, we equip you with the tools and knowledge to navigate the process successfully and take control of your professional future in the United States.
