About the Role
Join a global pharmaceutical company and lead the lifecycle management of critical compliance and ethics platforms used in transparency reporting, grant management, and workplace investigations. This is a remote position with high visibility and impact.
š§© Main Responsibilities
Oversee the lifecycle of compliance systems, including implementation, testing, and retirement.
Conduct IT risk assessments and ensure data security and regulatory readiness.
Coordinate with stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, Medical Affairs).
Manage vendors like IQVIA, Bonterra (CyberGrants), and HR Acuity.
Oversee system change management and configuration control.
Maintain audit trails and ensure compliance with FDA, GDPR, and SOX.
Troubleshoot data integrations and support global reporting requirements.
Requirements
5ā8 years of experience managing IT systems in regulated environments.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and transparency rules.
Experience with SaaS platforms, vendor coordination, and data integration.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and CRM/ERP platforms.
Fluent in English with strong written and communication skills.
Ability to work independently across time zones.
ā Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorās degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Certifications like PMP, CCEP, ITIL, CISSP.
Experience with IQVIA, Bonterra/CyberGrants, or HR Acuity.
Familiarity with US Sunshine Act, EFPIA, Anti-Kickback regulations.
