
About the Role
A leading company in the restaurant and food service industry in the United States, located in Kansas, is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the full management of a quick-service restaurant (QSR), with a strong focus on results, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall restaurant operation, including production, sales, inventory, staffing, and financial performance. Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost control (COGS).
Ensure quality standards, customer service excellence, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise and develop teams through hiring, training, performance management, and employee engagement. Oversee shift planning, staffing levels, and daily operations across multiple timeframes.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a consistent service experience.
Implement commercial and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Ensure compliance with franchise and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4-year program) in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in QSR or franchise environments.
Strong knowledge of operations, team management, inventory, cost control, and financial oversight.
Experience working in high-demand, continuous operation environments.
Intermediate to advanced English level.
Availability to work on-site in the U.S. under an H-1B1 visa.
Must meet nationality requirements to qualify for the H-1B1 visa.

Employment type: Full-time, direct hire with the company.
Salary: Approximately $50,648 USD annually.
Work schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and night closing shifts.
Working hours: 9 to 10 hours per day, 6 days per week depending on operations.
Work visa: The company provides employment under the H-1B1 visa for Chilean professionals, in accordance with U.S. regulations.
Candidate support: Full guidance throughout the hiring and relocation process, including document preparation, DS-160 assistance, and U.S. embassy appointment coordination, as well as pre-start onboarding support. This process is completely free for the candidate.
